B. Formal Proposal & Contract Execution
A binding agreement comes into existence only when:
- vowandbespoke issues a formal, written project proposal detailing the specific event scope, itemized budget framework, and milestone timeline; and
- The client formally confirms acceptance in writing and executes the individual service contract.
3. Pricing, Deposit Structure & Settlement Terms
- Currency & Value Added Tax: All pricing quotes issued in formal contracts are presented in Euros (€) and include applicable legal Value Added Tax (VAT / Mehrwertsteuer) in accordance with German statutory tax legislation.
- Booking Deposit: Upon written contract execution, a non-refundable booking deposit (as specified in your individual contract) is required to secure calendar dates, allocate personnel, and initiate dedicated concept drafting.
- Final Settlement: The remaining balance must be settled in full upon completion and final delivery of agreed project milestones or prior to event execution, as stipulated in the governing written contract.
- Electronic Payment Methods: Payments are processed securely via encrypted electronic transaction protocols. All payment details must match the authorized contracting party.
4. Client Cooperation & Operational Deliverables
To enable vowandbespoke to perform its contractual obligations, the client agrees to provide clear, timely information, feedback, and necessary documentation during the preliminary planning stages.
- Delays in client feedback or modifications to previously agreed concept scope may result in adjusted project timelines and updated fee structures, which will be communicated in writing prior to execution.
- Physical elements, decorative samples, or materials delivered as part of custom concept arrangements undergo thorough physical checks and quality inspections prior to provision.
5. Right of Withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht)
Pursuant to Section 312g of the German Civil Code (BGB) and EU Consumer Rights Directives, consumers residing within the European Union generally possess a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts.
Statutory Exclusion for Customized / Bespoke Services:
In accordance with Section 312g (2) No. 1 BGB, the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods or specialized concept deliverables that are crafted according to individual client specifications or clearly tailored to personal requirements.
For general service engagements, once the client explicitly requests vowandbespoke to commence customized service performance prior to the expiration of the 14-day withdrawal period, the consumer acknowledges that the right of withdrawal is forfeited once the customized performance has been fully delivered.
6. Limitation of Liability & Statutory Rights

- Intent & Gross Negligence: We are fully liable for damages resulting from intentional misconduct or gross negligence by our legal representatives or operational agents.
- Essential Contractual Duties: In cases of slight negligence, liability is limited strictly to foreseeable, direct contract-typical damages arising from the breach of an essential contractual duty (Kardinalpflicht).
- Statutory liability for injury to life, body, or health remains unaffected.
- All technical systems and communication channels are maintained using appropriate industry-standard operational measures; however, continuous uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.
7. Intellectual Property & Material Usage
