From initial needs assessment, budget planning, venue screening, supplier coordination, scheme creation and flow arrangement, to on-site coordination on the wedding day and closing confirmation afterwards, we provide systematic planning and execution support throughout. It is suitable for couples who wish to remain fully involved in the preparation process while needing professional support for overall coordination. The service process is divided into four stages: stage one completes needs assessment and budget framework; stage two advances venue and supplier confirmation; stage three creates detailed ambience, flow and experience schemes; stage four executes on-site coordination and closing confirmation. Each stage has clear deliverables and time points. The deposit is paid after contract signing. The balance is settled after the wedding and closing confirmation.
