Outdoor Natural Ceremony Scene Customisation Package

Forests, lakesides, vineyards and mountain meadows offer diverse choices for outdoor ceremonies. This package focuses on feasibility and experience optimisation for outdoor scenes. It includes site condition assessment (ground levelness, shade, wind impact, connection to a backup indoor plan), ceremony area layout suggestions, guest flow planning, and a contingency plan for weather changes. The plan clearly notes permissions that must be confirmed in advance. For example, some nature protection areas have clear limits on event size and sound use. This information is fully explained during assessment. We also provide recommended ceremony time windows based on seasonal features to help you use natural light for a better experience. The site assessment is submitted within 5 working days after deposit confirmation. After delivery, one online explanation session is arranged. The balance is settled after the session. Reference price range: 800–1,500 EUR.
